Junior Front-end Developer at Keyvoto
Keyvoto is seeking a motivated Junior Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a top-tier digital marketing team, enhance our website, and build testing tools using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ready for the challenge?
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end web applications
- Collaborate with engineers to innovate and scale our products using modern technologies and best practices
- Work closely with developers and the marketing team
- Address bug fixes and implement improvements in each development cycle
- Engage in software department activities such as code reviews, design reviews, project planning, and regular meetings
- Adhere to company-established best practices and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement front-end components using progressive frameworks
- Maintain the website’s component system
- Develop and enhance internal tools for handling requests
- Implement functional and technical solutions
- Test, update, and optimize applications for performance and security
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Review source code to identify and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- No prior work experience required, but previous experience is a plus
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Python is advantageous
- Skills in JavaScript (including jQuery) and Angular are beneficial
- Understanding of PHP and Symfony framework concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written
- Military service fulfilled (for male applicants)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Basic programming or mathematical understanding is a plus
