Innovation Analyst

As an Innovation Analyst of Mantis BI, you will be responsible for conducting the research and analysis of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship field as per the needs of Mantis’ clients, and the company’s needs. This position will be responsible for planning and facilitating high-impact Open Innovation Services and Innovation Hubs, with the aim to address business and operational challenges for both public and private sector bodies while also setting a clear Innovation Strategy for our partners. This is a unique opportunity for you to shape the future of innovation and entrepreneurship in Greece and the EU.

Startup Analyst

A Startup Analyst at Mantis BI is an expert who provides the company’s expertise to teams/startups. They are a member of Mantis’ Business Creation Department and provide services to startups of all phases, from pre-establishment to exit. They focus on high-level analysis and provide reports to teams/startups on market research, finance, go-to-market strategy, business development, and operations, among other topics. If you are passionate about startups and want to join the startup ecosystem actively, this is your opportunity!

Grants & Public Tenders Officer

In this essential role, you will support the identification and development of commercial bids, research grants, and expressions of interest. You will assist in preparing and submitting detailed proposals, handling public procurement procedures, and drafting contracts. Your tasks include coordinating Horizon Europe projects, managing the tendering process, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. Additionally, you will help maintain a comprehensive database of documents. This position is key to advancing our efforts to secure vital opportunities.

Finance & Administrative Associate

The Finance & Administrative Associate is responsible to organize and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run efficiently. They are responsible for ensuring daily functionality, overseeing department budgets acting as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support, and managing their queries. The Associate is also responsible for office equipment, and organizational supplies and inventory.

Open Innovation Project Manager

The Open Innovation Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, monitoring, and delivery of our Open Innovation Programs through 3 main steps; translate organizational problems into appealing challenges for the Innovation and Startup Ecosystem, monitor their successful implementation, and lead a unique closing-pitching event. They are the main coordinators between both internal and external teams while communicating, monitoring, and assigning tasks to ensure the Program’s high-impact execution.

Open Innovation Associate

The Open Innovation Associate is end-to-end involved in our Open Innovation Programs, from setup to launch until the finalization and reporting of the Program. The role is the key contact point between Mantis and the program participants, holding a support position by the Open Innovation Project Manager in planning and monitoring the Program as well as communicating with both internal and external teams.

Full Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at Mantis BI, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our SaaS products, ensuring they deliver high performance, scalability, and security. You will collaborate on various innovative tech projects, pushing the boundaries of innovation and contributing to our mission of transforming the tech landscape in Greece and the EU. Your work will also involve developing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining processes across the company.
