Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor LAI at our Sapes premises.

As a Production Supervisor LAI you will be accountable for the smooth operation of the aseptic production during your shift process through the proper coordination of processes performed by production workers.

More particularly:

What you will do:

  • Conduct all basic steps of the production process; guiding the operators and mentioning any issue to the Production Manager
  • Control the daily status of the mechanical equipment areas, the necessary labeling, as well as the RH and T conditions in the production areas
  • Be accountable for coordinating, training and development of the production and packaging workers

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Management or relevant field

Minimum Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position within a pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing unit

Job-Specific Skills

  • Excellent communication in English language (read and write / speak)
  • Computer literacy MS Office, SAP
  • Able to work in rotating shifts
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
